Cancellation Policy:

These apply when either cancelling or rescheduling appointments.

 

100% charge of treatment fee within 24 hours notice / on day no show.

50% charge of treatment fee within 48 hours notice

You will receive this policy in a message with your first booking with me & asked to agree to all the above. If this policy is not followed you will not be able to book in again & all future appointments will be cancelled.
